Michael’s day often starts with a double espresso at 6am. It’s his fuel for the busy day ahead. As General Manager, Michael oversees all facets of Turnkey, from procedure and policy to business development and sustainability.
David has worked within the spectre of sales and marketing for a number of years - as well as in the oil and gas industry. When it comes to Turnkey, he believes that they have “specific purpose in the market.”
As Electrical Supervisor, Steve looks after Turnkey’s team of electricians and electrical apprentices. He maintains their daily schedules and duties, and manages tasks such as procurement, quoting and overall project management
A self-proclaimed “technology geek”, Adam considers his role as Automation and Controls Engineer a passion project as well as a career,
“I love automation and automated systems. I have a total passion for it. In short, I love my job at Turnkey.”
Daniel takes care of the processes involved in the fabrication of structures and both the installation and relocation of machinery. By ensuring work and safety methodologies, he also helps to ensure that all deadlines and hit and projects are running on schedule.
Grant’s day often starts with a phone call at 5am. His phone is always ringing. In fact, it never shuts off. He’s on the job 24/7. As Services and Breakdown Manager for Turnkey, Grant’s role involves a large range of core duties and, in his words, “a bit of everything”.
Responsible for all mechanical supervisors and tradespeople, Tom keeps himself busy at Turnkey by keeping track of all jobs and making sure they’re running as they should be.
For Mitch, there is no such thing as a typical work day. His role as Workshop Manager and Supervisor is fluid and challenging. Today, he could be ordering materials and doing installation works while tomorrow could be all about a site measure-up and build. It differs every single day - and he likes it that way.
As a consultant for Turnkey Engineering, Todd works with management on all things business improvement and getting the company progressing towards future growth. He builds on strategies and structures to ensure Turnkey’s success, for both the present and in the upcoming years.
Jey represents the financial side of Turnkey Engineering. As Operations Controller / CFO, Jey ensures finances and related issues are successfully maintained and managed.
Putting it simply, Jey “makes sure everyone is paid,”
