Grant Codd, Services and Breakdown Manager
Grant’s day often starts with a phone call at 5am. His phone is always ringing.
In fact, it never shuts off. He’s on the job 24/7.
As Services and Breakdown Manager for Turnkey, Grant’s role involves a large range of core duties and, in his words, “a bit of everything”.
From looking after daily labour coordination, working with a handful of key clients and tending to breakdown phone calls and all sorts of other day-to-day service calls, it’s no wonder he is often the first point of contact for both Turnkey staff and customers.
With over 15 years working at Turnkey Industrial Engineering, Grant considers the diversity of the job one of the key factors in what keeps him going:
“Things never get stale at Turnkey. We do all sorts of jobs for all sorts of customers and we cover a lot of variety. It keeps us all busy and entertained. I really enjoy that aspect of the job.”
When Grant isn’t glued to his phone, he loves all sorts of motorsports and spending time with his two sons.
